Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba will design, implement, and oversee aba programs while providing clinical supervision to support staff and behavior interventionists. They will also conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment goals, and collaborate with families to ensure effective behavioral health treatment.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field and possess a valid bcba certification. Additionally, applicants must have a valid california driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work a consistent schedule including afternoons and evenings.
