BCBA

The bcba is responsible for conducting individualized skill and behavior assessments and developing customized treatment plans for children. They also provide expert parent coaching and ongoing professional development for registered behavior technicians.

Candidates must hold a bcba certification and have experience working with children with autism or developmental delays using aba. The ability to pass a background check is required, and prior payor credentialing is preferred.
