Summer Camp Counselor, Galileo X Capistrano Unified (San Juan Capistrano)

Summer camp counselors, referred to as team leaders, are responsible for guiding groups of 15+ campers weekly, ensuring their physical and emotional safety while fostering an engaging and supportive environment. This includes collaborating with instructors to deliver the project-Based curriculum and supporting all camp activities, including extended care programming.

Candidates must have experience supervising groups of 10 or more children, with at least one year in a related field like summer camp, childcare, or coaching. Applicants must be at least 18 years old by may 1st, 2026, and available to work 8-Hour shifts monday through friday for a minimum of four continuous weeks during the camp duration.
