RN Staff Educator

The rn staff educator will design, implement, and track comprehensive staff orientation and mandatory education programs to ensure regulatory compliance. This role also responds to organizational training needs and stays current with industry trends and facility policies.

Candidates must be a registered nurse in new york state and a graduate of an accredited nursing program. At least three years of clinical experience is preferred, with a strong preference for previous skilled nursing facility (Snf) experience.
