Core responsibilities
The bcba will conduct functional behavioral assessments, develop behavior support plans, and provide direct supervision to rbts and bts. They are also responsible for monitoring client progress, providing parent training, and ensuring authorized client hours are fulfilled.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a current and unrestricted bcba certification and a master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in applied behavior analysis and a valid california driver's license are required.
