Behavior Therapist - Registered Behavior Technician - RBT

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by a bcba and collect accurate data on patient progress. Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain a positive, inclusive environment while ensuring ethical standards and patient confidentiality.

A bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field is preferred, though experience as an rbt is not strictly required. Candidates must be available for full-Time hours and possess the physical ability to work directly with children.
