Community Support Associate – The Beacon Learning Center

The community support associate provides direct behavioral and educational support to students to ensure a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. They assist with daily program operations, implement individualized behavioral interventions, and collaborate with the treatment team to promote student success.

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or ged, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Applicants should have experience working with children in behavioral health or educational settings and must be at least 21 years of age.
