The coached aquatic staff member assists in training and coaching summer swim teams and aquatic programs. They are responsible for ensuring participant safety and providing quality instruction on stroke work and personal development.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 15 years old and possess the ability to coach large groups of children in an aquatic environment. Previous competitive swimming experience is preferred, and american red cross community first aid and safety certification is desired.
