Child Care Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for ensuring the safety and supervision of children while creating developmentally appropriate curriculum based on naeyc standards. They will also partner with families to provide effective communication and maintain a clean, nurturing environment for children.

Candidates must hold an associate degree in early childhood education, a child development associate (Cda) credential, a career pathway level 3, or a bachelor's degree in any field. Additionally, one year of experience in a licensed child care facility is preferred along with strong organizational and customer service skills.
