RN Residency Program - Summer & Early Fall 2026 Cohort

This 12-Month nurse residency program facilitates professional development for new graduate nurses through education, mentorship, leadership, and precepting, combining didactic, simulation-Based learning, and precepted clinical experiences. Residents will confidently provide patient care as part of an interprofessional team and participate in shared governance to influence their practice.

Candidates must be graduating from an associate or bachelor of science in nursing (Or equivalent) from an accredited institution. Applicants are also required to be a registered nurse, licensed in new hampshire or eligible for licensure.
