Core responsibilities
Fellows will manage a caseload of approximately 125-150 college students, providing transformational coaching, mentorship, and direct support through regular advising sessions focused on college persistence and credit attainment. Responsibilities also include tracking persistence benchmarks across financial, academic, socio-Emotional, and career indicators using centralized data systems.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree earned by may 2026 with a cumulative gpa of 2.7 or higher, demonstrating commitment to working with underserved students and maintaining a near-Peer model. The role requires living in the assigned placement region for the two-Year commitment (July 2026 - June 2028) and involves frequent travel.
