Geriatric Medicine Physician Faculty

Provide clinical care to patients within a patient-Centered medical home model at a community health center. Serve as core faculty for the geriatric fellowship program with potential for educational leadership.

Requires an md/Do degree, completion of an acgme accredited residency, and board certification in geriatrics. Must hold a valid pennsylvania medical license, dea certification, and current bls/Acls certifications.
