YMCA Mental Health Therapist

The mental health therapist provides therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group counseling, to youth within school settings. They are responsible for conducting bio-Psycho-Social assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with educators and families to support student progress.

Candidates must hold a master’s degree in psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy. Current maryland licensure such as lmsw, lcsw-C, lgpc, lcpc, lgmft, lcmft, or psych associate is required.
