The child care teacher is responsible for creating hands-On activities that meet the needs and interests of children and maintaining open communication with parents about their child's milestones. Additionally, they ensure a safe and clean classroom environment and provide support across different classrooms as needed.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged, and 1 year of professional experience in child care is preferred. A cda, associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or a related field is also preferred, along with knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
