- Key Responsibilities: Deliver lesson plans and instructional materials provided by classroom teachers.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and productive learning atmosphere.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs and learning styles.
- Collaborate with school staff and administration to support student success.
- Follow all school policies and procedures, including safety and attendance reporting.
- Serve at all campuses as assigned based on scheduling needs.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. institution (required).
- Valid teaching certification or license (preferred).
- Two to three years of recent experience working with children in a K–12 educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in elementary, middle, and high school environments.
- Available to work two to three days each week across all campuses.
