  • Key Responsibilities: Deliver lesson plans and instructional materials provided by classroom teachers.
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
  • Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and productive learning atmosphere.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs and learning styles.
  • Collaborate with school staff and administration to support student success.
  • Follow all school policies and procedures, including safety and attendance reporting.
  • Serve at all campuses as assigned based on scheduling needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. institution (required).
  • Valid teaching certification or license (preferred).
  • Two to three years of recent experience working with children in a K–12 educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in elementary, middle, and high school environments.
  • Available to work two to three days each week across all campuses.
