Lead Preschool Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for managing the classroom environment and building warm, supportive connections with children and their families. They must ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating atmosphere while fostering the growth of independent and confident individuals.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold a cda or a degree in early childhood education. Additionally, applicants are required to be cpr and first aid certified and must pass a background check.
