Behavior Technician / RBT - Center

The behavior technician implements individualized aba treatment plans and manages challenging behaviors under the direction of a bcba. They are also responsible for observing, recording, and reporting client progress through daily documentation.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with a personal vehicle. An rbt certification or completion of a 40-Hour course is highly preferred, along with a passion for working with children.
