School Age Child Care Teacher

The base teacher is responsible for the independent supervision of children at a school site and the overall operation of the program in the absence of the site director. They must ensure high-Quality, safe programming while fostering positive relationships with children, parents, and school staff.

Candidates must be at least 19 years old and hold a high school diploma or ged. Applicants are required to have specific approved training hours in child development and curriculum, along with documented experience in a school-Age care environment.
