Constellation Schools - K-8th Grade Intervention Specialist (Cleveland) SY 26-27

The intervention specialist is responsible for preparing and delivering modified lesson plans while differentiating instruction to meet diverse student needs. They must also maintain accurate progress records, manage classroom behavior, and collaborate with families and colleagues to support student growth.

Candidates must hold an active and current ohio teaching license and a bachelor's degree in education or a related field. Experience working in an urban environment and the ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks are required.
