Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The program supervisor oversees client treatment from initial assessment through care delivery, including developing and implementing behavior intervention plans. They serve as the clinical lead, providing supervision to behavior technicians and collaborating with families and schools to ensure best practice interventions.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in aba or a related field and hold an active board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification. Additionally, applicants must have experience working with children and families, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a level ii background check.
