Registered Behavior Technician

Registered behavior technicians deliver one-On-One aba therapy to clients under the supervision of a bcba to help build skills and confidence. They are also responsible for accurate data collection, documentation, and maintaining a collaborative, safe learning environment.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma and a valid rbt certification. Experience working with children and the physical ability to assist with client needs are also required.
