The assistant swim team coach will assist in running daily practices and group workouts to help members master swimming techniques. They will also support the head coach with participant registration and ensure the cleanliness and order of the aquatics facilities.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or ged and possess at least one year of swim coaching experience. Required certifications include cpr/Aed, membership in asca and usa swimming, and a lifeguard certification obtained within 60 days of hire.
