Core responsibilities
The early childhood educator/Service coordinator provides screening, assessment, and direct developmental support to children and families within a multi-Disciplinary team. They are responsible for developing and executing individualized family service plans (Ifsp) and coordinating care with medical and community providers.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a master's degree in social work (Msw) and be lcsw eligible. A minimum of 300 hours of work experience with children under five and the ability to obtain department of public health (Dph) early intervention certification are required.
