Special Procedures Technologist - Interventional Radiology

The special procedures technologist assists physicians in the radiology department by performing diagnostic exams and preparing patients for procedures. They are also responsible for maintaining supplies, ensuring safety protocols, and supervising radiologic students.

Candidates must have successfully completed an approved school of radiologic technology program and hold a valid ohio radiologic technologist license. Registration with the american registry of radiologic technologists (Arrt) is required, with cardiovascular technology certification needed within two years of hire.
