Teacher - Reading

The reading teacher is responsible for coaching, motivating, and instructing high school students within a mastery-Based educational model. They must maintain student records, monitor progress, and collaborate with peers to ensure academic goals are met.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field and possess a valid florida teaching certification with a reading endorsement. Knowledge of secondary education principles and instructional theory is required, with preference given to those experienced in working with at-Risk youth.
