Core responsibilities
The group leader is responsible for the continuous leadership, guidance, and supervision of campers throughout the summer program. They act as the primary initiator of group activities and ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the campsite.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be able to travel weekly to various florida locations and pass a mandatory level 2 background screening. The role requires a compassionate, enthusiastic, and responsible individual capable of serving as a positive role model for youth.
