Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba is responsible for developing and monitoring child-Specific behavior plans based on aba principles and providing supervision to rbt staff. They must also conduct clinical assessments, facilitate parent training, and ensure treatment effectiveness through regular data review.

Candidates must hold a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification and a master’s degree in a related field. Extensive knowledge of behavioral health treatment philosophies and previous experience in supervision are required.
