Registered Behavior Technician - Skill Acquisition - Marcus Autism Center

Provides direct client care and implements applied behavior analysis protocols under the supervision of a bcba. Responsibilities include collecting behavior data, monitoring treatment progress, and maintaining clear communication with the clinical team.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to obtain rbt certification, bls, and crisis prevention training within the first 90 days. A bachelor's degree in a related field is highly preferred along with experience in behavioral assessment.
