Preschool Teacher Assistant

The assistant will support the lead teacher in implementing the montessori curriculum and managing daily classroom routines. They are also responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment while fostering the social and academic development of children.

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma, with a preference for those holding an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. Previous experience working with children aged 2.5 to 6 years and a willingness to learn montessori methods are required.
