Elementary Teacher at KIPP Northeast Elementary (26/27 School Year)

The teacher serves as the instructional leader, responsible for driving student outcomes through rigorous, culturally-Sustaining instruction and effective classroom management. They must also collaborate with colleagues, engage in professional development, and maintain active supervision of students throughout school operations.

A bachelor's degree is required, along with the ability to meet state and federal essa criteria. While not required, at least two years of teaching experience and spanish bilingualism are highly preferred.
