Youth Care Specialist (YCS) - The Pines

The youth care specialist provides direct care, administrative support, and mentorship to students in a residential setting. They collaborate with clinical and educational teams to facilitate skill development, manage crisis situations, and maintain a safe, inclusive environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma with at least two years of relevant professional experience in residential, psychiatric, or academic settings. A bachelor's degree and experience in special education or behavioral intervention are strongly preferred.
