Early Education Specialist

The early learning associate facilitates training and provides technical assistance to staff to ensure high-Quality early learning programming. They also contribute to the development of foundational training materials and support site-Level implementation of curriculum and behavior strategies.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with early learners in educational settings and possess strong facilitation and communication skills. An associate degree in child development or a related field is preferred.
