Core responsibilities
The bcba will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and create behavior intervention plans for clients. They are also responsible for providing clinical oversight to rbts/Bts and facilitating parent or caregiver training.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold an active bcba certification in good standing and reside in or be able to travel within the dfw area. Experience in supervising rbts and training staff is preferred.
