As a BCBA with KCAS, you'll have the opportunity to choose a caseload that aligns with your availability and professional goals while providing meaningful services to children, adolescents, and young adults across home, school, center, and community settings.
Compensation: $70-$85 per hour, based on experience
Expected Hours

- What You'll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Analyze client data and make treatment decisions based on measurable progress
- Provide parent training, caregiver support, and collaboration with school teams
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities
- Experience supervising direct-care staff preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills
