Teacher - Reading

The reading teacher is responsible for instructing high school students using a mastery-Based model and coaching them toward their individual graduation plans. They must maintain accurate student records, monitor progress, and collaborate with peers to ensure academic and attendance goals are met.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field and possess an appropriate teacher's certification. Proficiency in secondary education principles, curriculum theory, and data-Driven instruction is required.
