Infant Lead Teacher

The infant lead teacher is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment that supports the developmental milestones of infants. They must also build strong, trusting relationships with families through consistent communication and care updates.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements for childcare centers. A cda or degree in early childhood education is preferred, along with prior experience in a licensed childcare setting.
