Head Start Teacher

The head start teacher is responsible for leading a classroom of 3-4-Year-Old children by implementing a child-Centered curriculum and fostering a safe, engaging learning environment. They must collaborate with assistant teachers and families to support child development, address behavioral needs, and integrate individual education plans.

Candidates must hold an associate or bachelor’s degree in child development or early childhood education, or meet equivalent head start act requirements. The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass physical exams and background checks.
