Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician will implement individualized aba treatment plans and collect data on client progress under the supervision of a bcba. They will also provide direct 1:1 therapy in home settings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
Requirements summary
Candidates should hold a registered behavior technician certification and have at least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities. A high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check are also required.
