Lead Teacher : Transfer

The lead teacher is responsible for developing interactive learning experiences and managing classroom activities while mentoring fellow staff. They must also build strong relationships with families to support child achievement and ensure compliance with licensing standards.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess experience in leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans. They must also be able to meet state and company requirements for childcare and engage in physical activities with children.
