Transitional Kinder (TK) *2026-2027 School Year

The teacher will provide an age and developmentally appropriate educational program aligned with california content standards for transitional kindergarten students in a self-Contained classroom, focusing on learning and personal growth. Essential duties include delivering balanced instruction across all curricular areas, maintaining positive classroom behavior, and collaborating with colleagues and support staff regarding student progress and needs.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and meet specific early childhood education unit requirements or equivalent professional experience, along with holding a child development teacher permit issued by the commission on teacher credentialing. Physical requirements include sufficient vision and hearing, and the stamina to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
