NC Pre-K Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for managing all classroom activities, including planning daily educational programs and assessing individual child progress. They also conduct home visits, facilitate parent-Teacher conferences, and ensure compliance with head start performance standards.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in early child development or an equivalent field and possess a north carolina state bk-Teacher’s certification. Additionally, the role requires one to two years of related experience, a child care credential, and current cpr/First aid certification.
