Restorative Practice Assistant - Jere Baxter MS (2026-2027)

The restorative practice assistant provides training and technical support to staff while facilitating interventions for students and families to resolve harm. They also coordinate student re-Entry processes and monitor data to improve school safety and reduce disciplinary disparities.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in education, social work, or a related field. At least two years of experience working with youth or in community development initiatives is required.
