Medical Assistant Apprentice - University of Utah Hospital - Full Time

The medical assistant apprentice provides assistive care to patients and supports licensed staff while completing clinical training hours. Responsibilities include preparing patients for exams, performing basic lab tests, assisting with procedures, and managing clerical tasks.

Candidates must be concurrently enrolled in a medical assisting program associated with a ushe school and complete a signed ma apprenticeship repayment agreement. The role requires the ability to work variable shifts and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving patients.
