Board Certified Behavior Analysts BCBA

The bcba will administer behavioral assessments, design evidence-Based behavior support plans, and supervise rbts to ensure quality care. They are also responsible for conducting parent training, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Candidates must be licensed as a bcba with at least a master’s degree in aba, social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field. A minimum of one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum is required.
