Registered Behavior Technician RBT

The registered behavior technician implements individualized treatment plans under the direction of a bcba and manages challenging behaviors. They are responsible for observing, recording, and reporting client progress while maintaining accurate daily data collection.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a genuine passion for working with children. Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a criminal background check are mandatory.
