Pilates Instructor

Instructors are responsible for providing personalized pilates instruction across various session formats (1:1, 3-6 participants) using all pilates apparatus to create impactful, positive changes for clients. They must also focus on building and maintaining a strong clientele base while ensuring a positive, educational, and supportive member experience.

Candidates must possess comprehensive pilates certification, including training in reformer, mat, tower/Cadillac, chair, and barrels, along with certification in beginner to intermediate repertoire. A minimum of one year of pilates training experience is required, along with cpr/Aed certification, though sales experience is preferred.
