Core responsibilities
Instructors are responsible for providing personalized pilates instruction across various session formats (1:1 and small group), tailoring programs to client needs using all pilates apparatus. They must also focus on building and maintaining a strong clientele base through exceptional, results-Driven service while upholding brand integrity.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be comprehensively certified in pilates, including training on reformer, mat, tower/Cadillac, chair, and barrels, covering beginner to intermediate repertoire. A minimum of one year of pilates training experience is required, along with cpr/Aed certification, and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds.
