The bcba will manage a focused caseload, develop individualized aba treatment plans, and oversee clinical progress. They are also responsible for supervising rbts and technicians while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with families.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in aba, psychology, education, or a related field and possess a current bcba certification. Additionally, a current ga lba or the process of obtaining one is required, along with experience in clinical supervision.
