Para Sped High Incidence (2026-2027 School Year)

The paraeducator assists teachers in educating students with various disabilities by managing classroom routines, implementing behavior plans, and providing instructional support. They also facilitate student integration, assist with medical and personal care needs, and maintain clear communication with staff and parents.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged equivalent. Those working in title i schools are required to have at least 48 accredited college credits or pass a state-Approved assessment.
