BCBA

The bcba will conduct individualized skill and behavior assessments and develop comprehensive, customized treatment plans for children. They are also responsible for providing parent coaching and delivering ongoing professional development to registered behavior technicians.

Candidates must hold a bcba certification and have experience working with children with autism or developmental delays using aba. The ability to pass a background check and strong communication skills are also required.
